Over the years I’ve seen racism in all forms. I’m a military kid so every race and religion has been called “friend” or “neighbor” by me at one time or another in my life. It should come to no surprise at my shock then, when I first realized that people didn’t like other people because of skin color; as I grew older, I found that religion, sexual preference and even what color clothing you wear (depending on which side of the ‘hood’ you come from) were all other factors in justifying ‘hate’.

I’m always saddened to see this type of thing still going on, and at times, growing.

We live in one of the worlds most incredible countries; America.

We don’t all agree on the laws, politics, religion, or sexual preference, but we all live here just the same.

We are a blessed country to be ALLOWED to serve a creator.

Other countries around the world do not have that freedom.

Here’s something from Ben Stein that everyone should watch.

Update: June 30, 2015

Wow, What a state of upside down behavior we’re seeing across America at this present time in history.

I wrote this a few months back in hopes to share with others about who I am and what I do. I LOVE. Not always, as I’m a tired, frustrated little woman of less than 5’ and tired.

I’ve never known racism in my heart, nor would I ever tolerate it around me. Make no mistake, it’s ugly.

People can find whatever reasons they want in order to blame someone for something that might not have anything to do with them. It doesn’t make sense to me, but I’m learning what others who hate really think.  At this point in my life, I’m having problems with my own feeling of what the world might call racism; IT’S NOT RACISM if someone is trying to kill you!

Understand this; if someone is trying to remove your head, hurt you in some way, or destroy your family, IT’S NOT RACISM!

The young people in my life are a range of a little bit of everything.

We are a ‘fam’ made up of Christian, Muslim, Gay, Lesbian, Black, White, Redbone, Irish, Indian, Jamaican, Thug, Felon, Prisoner….. WE ARE STILL FAMILY.

NO ONE has the right to take that away from us. We are what we are.

When others come into this country and tell us how to run it according to their rules, stating that their ways are better…. LOOK AT THOSE COUNTRIES!

STOP saying people are racists because you don’t know how to handle the situation. Call it what it is! If someone is pointing a crooked finger at you about racism, guess who’s calling the kettle purple?!  Call it what it is. An immature person who hasn’t the ability to think on their own and need others to pay or sway them to make a scene concerning someone they are told to target.

If some people had their way, they would remove all Americans and implement their own standard of living; which is PROVEN to be unworthy of our culture here in America. No, we may not all get along all the time, but we are ALLOWED to be together. In some countries that’s not happening and in fact there is NO freedom but torture and death.

There is no other country in the world that would allow a little white woman to live with Jew, Christian, Muslim, Black, White, Indian, Gay, Lesbian, Irish Jamaican etc.

I’ll not sit down, I’ll not be quiet.

…and I’ll NOT ALLOW others to come to this country and tell me I’m not allowed to be with people I love!

Here’s a small sample of our life and WHY I WON’T LET ANYONE STAND IN THE WAY OF THEIR DREAMS!

We'd love to hear from you, where you from, what brought you here etc. Please leave a reply.
